Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before making a booking. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of BlueShell Cruise's services.
1. Booking, Confirmation, and Payment:
Booking is confirmed upon payment of advance directly to the cruise provider.
Balance payment is to be made at the time of boarding.
Contact details provided on the website should be used for booking inquiries, confirmation, and payment.
Confirmation of booking is subject to availability of the desired package on the specified date.
Payment details and procedures will be provided upon contacting the cruise provider.
2. Late Arrivals:
The cruise provider understands that unforeseen circumstances may lead to delayed arrival.
However, it is essential to notify the cruise provider in advance if you anticipate a late arrival.
While the cruise provider will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, it may not always be possible to extend the duration of the cruise or alter the schedule.
Guests are advised to plan their travel carefully to ensure timely arrival at the designated boarding point.
The cruise provider holds no responsibility for any inconvenience caused due to late arrivals.
3. Guest Courtesy:
After 10:30 pm, all guests are requested to maintain silence and refrain from engaging in loud activities.
It is a courtesy shown to the workers onboard who work 24*7 and require rest during late hours so that they can provide the best services not only to you but to the guests that come after you too.
No dancing is allowed in the upper deck.
No diving and swimming are allowed in the backwater.
Make sure to coordinate with the timings fixed when the cruise is started, including eating because these timings are to make sure that you have the best experience.
4. Cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date.
Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for any refund.
In the event of cancellation, guests must notify the cruise provider immediately via the contact details provided on the website.
The cruise provider reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-receipt of advance payment within the specified timeframe.
5. Liability and Responsibility:
Guests are expected to adhere to the check-out timings as per the schedule.
The provider ensures privacy and exclusivity during the cruise.
During idle hours (as per government regulations), the boat will be anchored, and recreational activities such as village walks or fishing may be arranged.
6. Additional Amenities and Services:
Upon request and subject to availability, additional services such as guided entertainment, recreational activities, and food provisions may be arranged during the cruise.
Make sure to communicate all requirements before the cruise begins, as resources for additional requests, including purchases and services, may be limited once the cruise starts.
Any additional charges associated with these services will be communicated to the guests prior to their provision.
The cruise provider reserves the right to modify or cancel additional services based on operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are solely responsible for any additional services acquired onboard without prior knowledge of the cruise provider. Staff members will not be held responsible, even if they are involved, as long as the cruise provider had no prior knowledge of such arrangements.
7. Miscellaneous:
Children above 5 years of age will be considered as extra persons and will be charged accordingly.
